Welcome

After months of research and some trepidation, I have finally joined the blogging community in an attempt to share my passions with my friends and customers. It is my hope  that my “musings” will be informative, sometimes amusing and motivate you to get out there, dig in the dirt and take time to photograph your work and share it with me.

The content for my writing comes from a synthesis of ideas and observations. Many times it is my camera that spearheads the genesis of a topic. It is literally the lens through which I view my world. Photography allows me to be in the moment, frame an idea and become one with the subject. After viewing my work, a seed is germinated and it grows to maturity in the title of my blog. Other times the process is reversed. I get an idea and then go out to capture the elements that give the idea expression.

It is a pleasure to share my thoughts with you and, perhaps, they will inspire you to tap into your own creativity.
